Use AI-native workflows. Own the outcome.

An AI Operator is a person with an OpsSeek profile who can receive relevant private project Opportunities. The profile is for people who can show what they have built, fixed or automated.

Build a proof-first profile

Show the projects, systems or automations you can explain clearly. Describe the problem, your contribution and the outcome. Private client work, local software and self-hosted systems can still be legitimate Proof of Work; use the evidence that accurately represents the work.

Review before publication

Submit the profile for OpsSeek review. If it is approved, the approved version becomes public. Later edits stay private in a pending revision until they are reviewed, so customers continue to see the current approved version.

Relevant opportunities, not pay-to-apply

OpsSeek does not charge Operators simply to express interest in an Opportunity. You receive selected Opportunities privately, then decide whether each one is a fit. Creating a profile or being published does not promise Opportunities or project work.
