A clear route from project need to the right conversation.

OpsSeek is a curated marketplace for AI Operators: people who use AI-native workflows to build, fix and automate real digital work while remaining accountable for the outcome.

For customers: begin with the work

Describe what you need to build, fix, finish or automate in a private Project Brief. You do not need a customer account for this step.

OpsSeek uses the brief, relevant public Proof of Work and transparent fit signals to identify possible Operators. An OpsSeek admin controls the final selection; this is not an automated assignment.

  • Selected Operators receive a private Opportunity.
  • They decide whether they are interested in the work.
  • Interested Operators may appear in a private shortlist.
  • You choose which introductions you want to request.
  • After an Introduction, you and the Operator continue the working relationship directly.

For Operators: build a profile around real work

Create an Operator profile, add the work you can explain clearly, and submit it for OpsSeek review. A published profile lets prospective customers start with evidence rather than a generic title or a sales pitch.

  • Add real Proof of Work and describe your contribution.
  • OpsSeek reviews the profile before it becomes public.
  • Published Operators can receive relevant private Opportunities.
  • For each Opportunity, choose Interested or Not for me.
  • Interest can lead to a customer Introduction; it does not promise work.

No open bidding feed

Operators do not browse an open job board and pay merely to submit speculative applications. OpsSeek sends selected Opportunities privately, and Operators decide whether the work fits before they appear in a customer shortlist.
