Trust comes from clear evidence and deliberate boundaries.
OpsSeek is designed to make the right information visible at the right point in a project relationship—without claiming guarantees, certifications or a risk-free marketplace.
Reviewed Operator profiles
Operators submit a profile with real Proof of Work before publication. OpsSeek reviews the profile before its approved version becomes public. This is a marketplace review, not identity or credential verification and not a guarantee of a project outcome.
Approved information stays public; pending edits stay private
Published profiles use an approved profile revision. When an Operator makes later edits, the pending revision remains private until review. Public profiles, directory entries, metadata and matching continue to use the approved version.
Private by default where it counts
- Customer Project Briefs are private.
- Operators see only the Opportunity context selected for them.
- Customer and Operator contact details remain private until a customer requests an Introduction.
- Internal fit signals and other Operators are not shown in the public marketplace flow.
Human-controlled matching
OpsSeek uses deterministic eligibility and fit signals to support curation. A human controls the final Operator selection. No one can purchase a higher Match Score advantage.
